Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. To initiate a return, you are required to provide a video that clearly shows the product's condition immediately upon opening the package. The video must show the product as it is taken out of the packaging to ensure it’s in its original condition when received. This is mandatory for us to process your return request.
